Hours:

Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 6:00pm (60-minute unpaid break)


Day Lewis Pharmacy has an excellent opportunity for an

Assistant Manager

to join our co-owned branch in Reigate. This role offers the chance to work directly with our co-owner Pharmacist and play a key part in delivering exceptional community pharmacy services.


We are seeking an

NVQ2-qualified Pharmacy Assistant

or an

experienced Pharmacy Technician

who is ready to take the next step in their career as an Assistant Manager.

Ideal Experience and Skills

Minimum of 2 years' experience in a Community Pharmacy setting Experience using

ProScript Connect

Willingness to train as a

Vaccinator

Willingness to train with

Tympa Health

to support Ear Microsuction services (For GPhC-registered candidates) Training available to support the

Weight Loss Service Programme

(For GPhC-registered candidates) Support the

Pharmacy Contraception Service

Support with

Blood Pressure Checks

Contribute to achieving

KPI targets

The primary objective of this position is to oversee the pharmacy team, ensuring exceptional customer service and efficient operations that contribute to the overall success and profitability of the business.

About You

To succeed in this role, you should have:


Previous management or senior technician experience within community pharmacy Strong leadership and communication skills A proactive, hands-on approach and the ability to manage diverse team dynamics A calm and adaptable nature, able to handle challenges effectively A genuine passion for teamwork and community engagement
