Duties
Assist in overseeing daily restaurant operations, ensuring high standards of service and food quality.
Supervise and train staff, fostering a positive work environment and encouraging professional development.
Manage food preparation and production processes, adhering to food safety regulations and best practices.
Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely service and efficient workflow during peak hours.
Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism, ensuring guest satisfaction at all times.
Maintain inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies as needed to support kitchen operations.
Implement health and safety protocols within the restaurant to ensure compliance with local regulations.
Assist in developing menus and special promotions that enhance the dining experience.
Qualifications
Proven experience in a supervisory role within a restaurant or hospitality environment.
Strong culinary skills with experience in food preparation, cooking, and kitchen management.
Excellent leadership abilities with a focus on team management and staff development.
Knowledge of food safety standards and best practices in food production.
Previous experience in serving or barista roles is advantageous.
