The Chapter House is a characterful and historic hotel and restaurant on the outskirts of the market town of Salisbury, situated right across the road from the magnificent Salisbury Cathedral and just 10 minutes from the UNESCO world heritage site of Stonehenge. The hotel comprises 17 ensuite letting rooms and downstairs the restaurant is renowned for its steaks and grills and is popular with hotel guests and locals alike.
We are creating a position to assist our General Manager with the daily running of the hotel and restaurant. You will be customer focused as well as have a sharp eye for detail and organisation. You will oversee the housekeepers but also be ready to serve customers in the restaurant, as well as being proficient at responding to emails, following through with bookings, checking that rooms are all in good order and generally ensuring that the hotel runs smoothly and to full capacity.

You will have had least a year in a similar field, be ready to take on a new challenge and to grow professionally and be passionate about great service. You must be ready to start in the new year and be available for an interview in Salisbury. You must have a good command of the English language and have a legal right to work in the UK.
