to join our lively team! As part of our late-night venue, you'll help lead from the front -- supporting the day-to-day running of the business, keeping the atmosphere upbeat, and ensuring every guest leaves with a smile.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in overseeing the daily and late-night operations to ensure smooth and efficient service. Supervise, train, and motivate staff, creating a fun and positive work environment that encourages teamwork and high energy. Manage food and drink preparation processes while maintaining excellent food safety and hygiene standards. Keep the venue spotless, organised, and welcoming -- front and back of house. Collaborate with management to develop menus, specials, and creative ideas to keep things fresh and exciting. Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and a smile. Monitor stock levels, assist with ordering, and help manage inventory efficiently. Support the leadership team with scheduling, training, and staff performance. Lead by example -- keeping spirits high and service standards even higher!

Experience & Skills

Proven experience in a supervisory role within hospitality, restaurant, or bar management. Strong background in food preparation, drink service, or both. Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices. A confident leader with great communication and problem-solving skills. Outgoing, friendly, and able to stay calm under pressure. A sense of humour, enthusiasm, and positive energy are a must! Experience in kitchen operations, bar service, or barista work is an advantage.

Pay: 24,450.00-26,500.00 per year
