Responsibilities
Assist the Manager in overseeing daily operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery.
Supervise kitchen staff and coordinate food preparation activities to maintain high culinary standards.
Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and hygiene practices within the kitchen and dining areas.
Train, mentor, and motivate team members to enhance their skills and performance.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues to ensure guest satisfaction.
Assist in inventory management, including ordering supplies and monitoring stock levels.
Collaborate with the management team to develop menus and special promotions that align with customer preferences.
Maintain a clean and organised work environment, adhering to health and safety guidelines.
Skills
Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.
Experience in a hospitality setting is highly desirable.
