We are now looking to recruit Assistant Branch Managers in our

Shepherds Bush Store



The Role

:

Reaching sales targets, increasing profits and meeting deadlines

Dealing with store issues such as: queries and complaints

Drive and motivate your team

Interviewing and recruiting new staff

Overseeing stock control and receiving orders

Organising rotas and holidays

The Candidate: The ideal Assistant Branch Manager will possess the following attributes:

At least 2 years supervisory experience. We are open to all candidates from all backgrounds, but it is essential that you have had supervisory experience.

Retail/ Customer Service experience

Continuity in employment

Understanding of profit and loss (P&L)

Understanding of KPI's

Good verbal and written communication skills

Time management skills
