As the Assistant Manager, you'll be part of the heartbeat of our restaurant, leading the charge to ensure every guest leaves with a smile and a story. You'll be assisting in running the show from front-of-house to kitchen, with a focus on creating an unforgettable dining experience. We need someone who can blend professionalism with a bit of flair--think cool under pressure, but always bringing the fun.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Assiatant Manager or in a similar leadership role, preferably in a cool, casual dining setting. A natural leader with a knack for motivating teams and making the workplace a great place to be. Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and manage time effectively. Stellar communication skills, both with the team and our guests. A passion for food, hospitality, and making people happy, with a good dose of creativity and flair. Familiarity with health and safety regulations, and the ability to ensure they're followed without sacrificing the vibe.
