We're hiring an Assistant Manager for our Strabane store, with a full-time position available. While experience is essential, we'll also provide all the training you need to succeed!

You'll be part of a fun, fast-paced team in a lively atmosphere where every day is different and exciting.

What you'll be doing:

Effective leadership over a team of staff

Reporting to the Store Manager

Managing day-to-day operations of store - with ability to carry out all duties of counter staff and kitchen staff

Maintaining high store standards - in customer service and keeping store in immaculate condition

Operating the till and cashing up at night, including banking

Carrying out and recording necessary checks and cleaning

Opening/closing of store

Ensure the store is adequately staffed and stocked - organising staff and tasks fairly

Maintaining high standard of training staff

Increase sales in your store, while managing wage cost

What we're looking for:

Previous experience in a supervisory or management role in hospitality is essential

Have excellent communication and organisational skills

Be tidy, self-disciplined and punctual, setting a good example to other staff

Be able to work on own initiative and as a team

Bring an enthusiastic energy to the team and motivate them to work hard

Be open to growth within the company

Have a willingness to learn

Be comfortable interviewing new staff for your team

Able to deal with complaints in a positive and efficient matter
