The Role:

As our Assistant Manager, you'll be the maestro behind the scenes, orchestrating a symphony of tasks that ensure our operations run as smoothly as our finest wines. Key Duties:

Bookings Mastery

: Become the gatekeeper of our reservations, managing and optimizing bookings to ensure every guest feels like a VIP.

Admin Artistry

: Handle administrative duties with a touch of creativity, ensuring the backend of our operations supports the frontline's dazzle.

Team Leadership

: Lead by example, providing hands-on support to our team, fostering an environment of growth, respect, and enthusiasm.

Customer Magic
