Duties

Assist in overseeing daily restaurant operations, ensuring high standards of food safety and hygiene are maintained. Supervise and train staff in food preparation, culinary techniques, and customer service best practices. Help manage inventory, Support team management by fostering a positive work environment and encouraging collaboration among staff. Address guest inquiries and concerns promptly, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Collaborate with the General Manager to implement strategies that enhance operational efficiency and profitability. Assist in scheduling staff shifts and managing labour costs effectively.

Experience

Previous experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality or restaurant industry is essential. Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team effectively. Strong understanding of food safety regulations and best practices in food preparation. Experience in managing food production processes is advantageous. Excellent communication skills with a focus on providing outstanding customer service. A passion for culinary arts and a desire to help develop others within the team.
