Overview
The White Horse is a small yet very busy pub with a great reputation for fantastic food and excellent customer service. Located just north of Sturminster Newton as part of a country estate in the stunning village of Hinton St Mary. We are looking for an Assistant Manager that shares our passion for good food & drink that can provide efficient & friendly service. Our ideal candidate will have some experience in hospitality and will be looking to further their career.
Duties
Assist the Owner in overseeing daily operations. Lead, train, and supervise staff. Willing to learn new skills and help others to learn. Provide exceptional customer service with a warm and friendly manner. Maintain effective communication and good relationships with team members both front and back of house. Monitor inventory levels and assist in stock management to ensure availability of products.
