Responsibilities
Assist in overseeing daily operations to ensure efficiency and quality service.
Supervise and train staff, promoting teamwork and effective communication.
Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain high standards of hygiene.
Support the culinary team in food production, ensuring consistency and quality.
Manage inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as necessary.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues to enhance guest satisfaction.
Collaborate with the management team to implement operational improvements.
Assist in scheduling staff shifts to ensure adequate coverage during peak times.
Requirements
Previous experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality or culinary sectors is preferred.
Strong knowledge of food safety practices and regulations.
Experience in bartending or culinary arts is advantageous.
Demonstrated leadership abilities with excellent team management skills.
Ability to work effectively under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service excellence.
Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends as required.
