We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Assistant Manager to join our dynamic team in the hospitality industry. Duties

Assist the Manager in overseeing daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring adherence to food safety regulations and culinary standards. Supervise and train kitchen staff, including cooks and food preparation teams, to maintain efficiency and quality. Manage inventory levels, placing orders for supplies as necessary to ensure smooth operations. Engage with customers to provide excellent hospitality, addressing any concerns or feedback promptly. Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement strategies for improving service delivery and customer satisfaction. Assist in scheduling staff shifts and managing labour costs effectively. Support bartending operations as needed, ensuring compliance with licensing laws and responsible service practices. Requirements

Proven experience in a supervisory role within a restaurant or hospitality setting is essential. Strong knowledge of food safety practices and culinary techniques is required. Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team. Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with staff and customers. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Previous experience in bartending or kitchen roles is advantageous but not mandatory. A passion for delivering outstanding customer service and creating memorable dining experiences is essential.
