We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Assistant Manager to join our team in the hospitality sector. Duties
Assist the Manager in overseeing daily operations to ensure smooth service delivery.
Supervise kitchen and front-of-house staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain high standards of hygiene.
Help coordinate food production processes, ensuring quality and presentation meet our standards.
Train new staff members on operational procedures, culinary techniques, and customer service excellence.
Manage inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed.
Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally, striving for resolution and satisfaction.
Collaborate with the team to develop new menu items and improve existing offerings.
Support bartending activities during peak service times to ensure efficient beverage service.
Experience
Previous experience in a supervisory role within the restaurant or hospitality industry is essential.
Strong understanding of food safety practices and culinary skills is highly desirable.
Proven ability to manage teams effectively while promoting a collaborative atmosphere.
Experience in food production processes, including cooking and presentation techniques.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage positively with both staff and customers.
A background in bartending is advantageous but not mandatory.
