Responsibilities
Assist in the management of daily operations within the restaurant or hospitality environment.
Supervise and train staff, fostering a positive team culture and encouraging professional development.
Oversee food preparation and cooking processes to ensure adherence to quality standards and food safety regulations.
Manage inventory control, including ordering supplies and maintaining stock levels.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the kitchen and dining areas.
Handle guest inquiries and complaints with professionalism, ensuring satisfaction at all times.
Support financial management tasks, including budgeting and cost control measures.
Experience
Proven experience in a supervisory role within a restaurant or hospitality setting is essential.
Familiarity with food safety standards and regulations is required.
Previous experience in team management, demonstrating effective leadership skills.
Excellent communication skills with a focus on delivering outstanding customer service.
