We are looking for an exceptional candidate to join our team as Assistant Manager for Yoga. This is a full time and varied role which will be based across two sites, Winchester and Southampton.
This role will involve regular early morning, evenings and weekend work, therefore flexibility is a must, along with exceptional people skills, time management and attention to detail.
In-house systems training will be given but previous experience in customer service is essential.
This is a great role for an enthusiastic, outgoing person who has an interest in promoting Yoga!
Responsibilities
Dealing with enquiries online, by phone and in person
Providing support to the Studio Manager in terms of team rota, teacher liaison and relationships, workshop scheduling and input into the class timetable
Hosting classes, workshops and events utilising your customer service skills to give our clients a friendly and welcoming experience
Advising and guiding clients on appropriate classes and recommendations for next steps and promoting other services and classes
Assisting in setting up the studio for classes and workshops, this includes some cleaning and maintaining of the studio throughout each shift
Experience
Previous experience in customer service is essential (ideally a minimum of 3 years). Any additional experience of sales would be ideal
Personal interest or knowledge of Yoga and Pilates is required
Previous experience or background in the wider area of health, fitness and wellness would be advantageous
