Responsibilities
Assist the Manager in overseeing daily operations, ensuring smooth workflow and adherence to company policies.
Support the team maintaining high standards of food safety and hygiene.
Provide leadership and guidance to kitchen staff, fostering a positive work environment and encouraging teamwork
Help manage inventory, including ordering supplies and ensuring proper storage of food items.
Train new staff members on food safety practices, culinary techniques, and customer service standards.
Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
Collaborate with the management team to develop menus and special promotions that enhance guest experience.
Experience
Previous experience in a hospitality or culinary environment is essential.
Demonstrated knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.
Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team effectively.
Experience in food preparation and production processes is highly desirable.
Familiarity with bartending is an advantage but not mandatory.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
