Duties:

The Assistant General Manager role involves:

the day-to-day running and development of the pub Ensure Food & Beverage offerings are up to standard Recognizing locals and new customers and build relationships Flexible Hours Staff Rota Disciplinary and Procedures Ensuring H&S, Licensing and other legal requirements are adhered to Working with large numbers of customers, particularly on match days Booking and arranging private events Stock Control Cash Handling Opening & Closing procedures As Assistant General Manager you will be directly report to the General Manager and will be jointly responsible for 25 staff.The ideal Assistant General Manager will need to have the following: Previous bar essential and food management experience . People management skills with the ability to "inspire the team" Merchandising and presentation skills Forward thinking ability to "think outside of the box" Team Player Personal license holder
