We are looking for an experienced manager's assistant to join our Front of house Team at Brancusi. We are looking for someone Outgoing, personal, and with a hard working attitude. The candidate must be able to work evenings and be available on a long term contract. Our restaurant is a busy place and an interest in good food, wine and coffee is a must. Barista and bar experience is ideal but not totally necessary..

You must be 21 years of age or older to apply - Please note this is not a role suitable for students.

Experience in working busy shifts as part of a team. Personable and hard working attitude, good communication skills. High attention to detail regarding the setup of the restaurant Opening + closing the business, making sure all tasks are completed to an excellent standard before we open/close Computer/ Social Media Knowledge
Pay starts 13 an hour , it is negotiable depending on experience and age. Service Charge in the form of tronc and tips are shared equally and pro rata between all members of staff. Cash Tips . Please apply only if seriously interested and your spoken English is very good.
