Duties
Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff to ensure efficient service delivery.
Assist in the preparation and presentation of food, maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
Oversee bartending operations, ensuring compliance with licensing laws and regulations.
Manage food production processes, ensuring that all items are prepared according to established recipes and guidelines.
Enforce food safety practices throughout the kitchen and dining areas.
Provide training and support to new team members, fostering an inclusive and collaborative work environment.
Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally, striving for excellent service recovery.
Assist in inventory management, including ordering supplies and maintaining stock levels.
Collaborate with the management team to implement operational improvements.
Qualifications
Previous experience in a supervisory role within a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred.
Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques, food safety standards, and hospitality best practices.
Excellent team management skills with the ability to motivate and lead by example.
Proficient in bartending skills with an understanding of beverage service.
Ability to work effectively under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a customer-focused attitude.
Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends as required.
