We have a new opportunity to join our growing Private Wealth team, who manage a niche portfolio of UHNW clients.

You'll be taking on specific responsibilities for managing a complex client structure and providing support to colleagues on the existing portfolio of clients and other new business opportunities. The type of structures you will be involved with will include discretionary Trusts, Foundations and Private Trustee Companies.

About the role





Administer and take responsibility for a portfolio of ultra-high net worth client(s) in the provision of corporate and fiduciary services and ensure that client relationship(s) and transactions are managed effectively and to a high standard Act as a role model to all Governance Services employees and assist in developing a team who act in accordance with the firm's values and in parallel to the law firm service levels Demonstrate you have an understanding of the transactions you are working on, provide technical support and training to team members as and when required. Be able to present work in a methodical, timely and complete manner for formal trustee and director consideration Keep the senior manager and client service director, as required, fully informed on key matters and actions/decisions to be considered and taken relevant to the transactions you are working on Ensure client expectations are properly managed and valuable relationships are nurtured so as to maximise the reputation of the team in the market place and the potential for repeat work and referrals Assist with the effective management of the day-to-day activities of the team to include timely processing of work, meeting transactional and internal procedural deadlines. Delegate appropriately on team to make the best use of the resources for a valued client serviceEnsure consistent high quality service levels are adhered to across the portfolio of clients and deal swiftly with any identified issues, keeping your line manager and client service director, as required, regularly informed Be familiar and act at all times in accordance with the firm's policies and procedures with the ability to identity gaps in knowledge or processes and take appropriate action Collaborate with the firm's Risk and Compliance team, ensuring all client due diligence is processed accurately and client reviews are up to date and keeping abreast of all relevant regulatory changes and industry standards Collaborate with various departments of the legal firm from time to time, as client demands and expectations require Assist with the ongoing quality control of data input and maintenance within the corporate services practice management database, ensuring data is updated or added in a timely manner Provide assistance with annual reviews of client entities Assist with the periodic billing process, collection and monitoring of any outstanding fees Maintain personal CPD levels required for your role and chosen professional qualification, as required


About you





This role requires:Private client/wealth experience in administering and managing similar structures Have proven industry experience and hold a relevant professional qualification such as STEP and ICSA/CGI or be working towards a recognised qualification Good working knowledge of Microsoft desktop software and specialist legal industry software i.e. Document Management Systems and Viewpoint You to demonstrate initiative, be proactive, accurate and well-organised Good communication and interpersonal skills are essential, together with the ability to build relationships both with internal colleagues, client contacts and intermediaries, working as a part of a dynamic and pro-active team to achieve a common goal You to be an active and participating team player and not someone who prefers to work on their own most of the time
