Assistant Manager - full time

Your ability to negotiate effectively and manage your time efficiently will contribute to the overall success of our sales team.
Responsibilities
Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
Communicate product features and benefits clearly to enhance customer understanding.
Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Maintain an organised record of customer interactions and follow up as necessary.
Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and improve overall performance.
Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to effectively assist customers.
Experience
Proven experience in sales management and customer-facing role.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
Demonstrated ability to negotiate effectively and drive sales results.
Excellent time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks efficiently.
Familiarity with IT systems and tools that support sales processes is advantageous.
Strong organisational skills to manage multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail.
