The assistant marketing manager works across Fraser Groups home brands: sofa.com and Amara. The role reports into the Head of Marketing, acting as deputy wherever needed. This role works closely with the wider multi-channel marketing team across a wide range of projects to help develop and deliver successful marketing campaigns, in line with the marketing strategy.

  • Lead all marketing projects together with the marketing team ensuring project critical paths are created and adhered to for timely delivery.
  • Liaise with internal teams including e-commerce, buying & merchandising, retail operations and trade, as well as external media and PR agencies, to ensure new product launches and seasonal campaigns are delivered to the highest standard.
  • Support with coordination, logistics and execution of all marketing photo shoots, virtual and showroom events.
  • Manage the relationship with other Frasers Groups fascia\xe2\x80\x99s especially House of Fraser, to keep them abreast with all promotional and other marketing activities.
  • Support the Head of Marketing with marketing proposals, activation plans, business review and senior stakeholder presentations.
  • Maintain brand guardianship, owning the brands marketing calendar, ensuring all activities are planned and executed on time.
Qualifications
  • Has relevant qualification in Marketing or related disciplines.
  • Proven marketing experience in planning and deploying multi-platform campaigns.
  • Is a positive team player who demonstrates a \xe2\x80\x98can do\xe2\x80\x99 attitude, initiative, and personal leadership.
  • Shows excellent organisation skills with an aptitude for multi-tasking and effective prioritisation.
  • Is proactive and efficient, with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Demonstrates outstanding communication, presentation and analytical skills.
  • Has a good understanding of MS Office, particularly Word, PowerPoint and Excel, as well as project management programmes such as Asana.
  • Demonstrates the ability to adhere to tight deadlines, thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a strong sense of urgency.
  • Has a positive, proactive attitude with the skills to work collaboratively as well as independently.
  • Is reliable and committed, with a strong work ethic and enthusiasm.
