S4S (UK) Ltd is a dental laboratory, based in Sheffield, that serves over 32,000 dental professionals throughout the UK. Key product areas include: Smilelign Clear Aligners, Vitalisse Teeth Whitening, treatments for snoring, bruxism, orthodontics, and many more.

We're looking for an ambitious

Assistant Marketing Manager

to not only support but also lead our dynamic marketing department during a period of maternity cover for our Marketing Manager.

Key responsibilities of the role:



Strategic Planning & Leadership



Support the development and execution of the overall marketing strategy in alignment with business objectives Take the lead on all marketing activities during maternity leave cover, managing day-to-day operations of the marketing department Monitor marketing KPIs and performance Collaborate with the sales team to aid lead conversion

Campaign Management



Plan, implement, and optimise multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, print, events, etc.) that reflect business goals Oversee content creation for websites, email marketing, and social media platforms Drive lead generation initiatives and nurture marketing-qualified leads into the sales pipeline

Team & Budget Management



Work within budget guidance to ensure effective use of resources in line with business goals Manage relationships with external agencies, freelancers, and suppliers Provide support, guidance, and leadership to junior marketing staff

Event & Partnership Marketing



Coordinate and manage trade shows, exhibitions, and promotional events Build relationships with industry partners and explore co-marketing opportunities

Job Specifics:



Job Type: Full-time, permanent, 40hrs per week
Requirements: A minimum of 2 years of marketing experience within a work-based environment Salary: 30,000-35,000, dependant on experience.
