The Assistant Marketing & Communications Manager will support the delivery of a wide range of campaigns and initiatives that bring the development to life. You'll work closely with the Marketing Manager to build a recognisable brand, engage tenants and residents, and attract businesses and visitors through bold storytelling, placemaking and events.
Role Highlights

• Drive marketing campaigns across digital, print, PR and events to promote a major city-centre development
• Develop new sub-brands across retail, residential and office phases, from naming to visual identity
• Build strong relationships with local organisations, stakeholders and tenants to foster community engagement
• Manage content across social channels, apps and websites to keep audiences informed and inspired
• Plan and deliver activations, launches and seasonal events that boost visibility and footfall

You Will Need

• At least 3 years' experience in marketing, communications or events management
• Proven success creating multi-channel campaigns and managing social media platforms
• Excellent communication, copywriting and organisational skills
• Confidence in stakeholder engagement and partnership building
• A genuine passion for placemaking, property and community development
