Fortnum & Mason are looking for an exceptional Waiters/Waitress to join our unique team at our beautiful Flagship store in Piccadilly at our 45 Jermyn St Restaurant. Responsible for demonstrating world-class service, our new team member will possess passion for our product, and an ability to bring this to life for each and every customer.

What You'll Do:

Work with the Maitre D team to ensure the smooth running of the Reception and Guest services Support the drive and Motivation of the team by looking for areas where they can deliver more Support the Maitre D and your colleagues to deliver exceptional customer service at all times Be the face of the Restaurant and the first point of contact for the Customers Ensure adherence to company policies, controls and standards Ensure all our customers are welcome and engaged Ensure the restaurant is set up to accommodate all the reservations

What We're Looking For:

Experience within Afternoon Tea/High Tea/Private Dining Demonstrate an authentic and passionate understanding of brand, menus and restaurant service Build up strong relationship with customers in order to encourage repeated visits Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively Solid interpersonal and communication skills
