The role of an Assistant Maitre d':
- Assist the reception team with seating plans and support the floor team with relaying tables for smooth management of turn times.
- Anticipate guests' needs by timely communicating any special requests to floor and kitchen - be proud to act as a point of contact!
- Contribute hands-on to a smooth service, warmly engaging with guests from door to table - you are our greatest asset!
