Are you experienced in writing engaging corporate content, creative written and verbal content, then this is an exciting opportunity for you. You will produce content for our websites, social media platforms, fundraising and marketing campaigns, as well as researching and creating articles for the blog. The post holder will also have great interpersonal skills responsible for liaising with other departments across the organisation, to gather material from multiple sources to produce web content that is streamlined, branded and is in line with the organisation\xe2\x80\x99s values. You must have excellent creative writing and editing skills, with an understanding of the special requirements and challenges facing the Third Sector.   • The main role will be assisting the creative media team Manager at Big Help on marketing projects and developing key communications for a variety of audiences.
  • Writing and editing content for Big Help websites, social media (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok) platforms, fundraising and marketing campaigns, blogs and newsletters. All written, video and photo content will maintain a cohesive design and adhere to community branding guidelines.
  • Must communicate with fundraising, Bid Writing and other teams to help gather information and develop a comprehensive marketing strategy that is streamlined and consistent across these platforms, driving engagement and developing presence in the market.
  • Assist fundraising and Bid Writing teams in the planning of community events. Developing creative marketing campaigns concurrently with event implementation.
  • Communicating with IT to monitor online content across numerous platforms/websites. Ensuring information is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Create and maintain relationships with key organisational stakeholders.
  • Monitor campaigns and report on results.
  • Scan media marketplace to keep up-to-date on the latest media trends and strategies.
  • Create content for multiple social media platforms. Interacting with users and respond to social media messages, inquiries, and comments.
  • Help to implement internal and external communication strategies, and write newsletters.
  • Implement the basics of SEO across our content.
  • Compile, analyse, and report on marketing data and campaigns.

  • Full UK Driving Licence with use of own car

Experience

  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing tactics, including SEO, web traffic metrics and social media best practices email marketing and e-commerce.
  • Strong ability to communicate on social media and understanding of best practices.
  • Great experience in targeted communications and advertising campaigns across various media platforms.
  • Proficiency with video and photo editing tools, digital media formats, and HTML.
  • Good knowledge of fundraising and marketing.Skills
