We are now seeking a

proactive and detail-oriented Assistant Merchandiser

to support our team in delivering the right product, at the right time, and in the right quantities to meet fan demand and drive commercial performance.

Key Responsibilities



Stock Management



Manage stock replenishment to stores. Support the Merchandiser with stock reviews to inform trading decisions and future stock planning. Assist in maintaining the range plan, working closely with the Buying team. Support WSSI management through analysis and maintaining accompanying documentation.

Sales Analysis



Assist in preparing the weekly trade pack and maintaining supporting documents. Manage daily sales reporting to support trade performance tracking. Support end-of-season and event analysis to inform future planning. Provide an omnichannel view of trading, highlighting performance across stores and online.

Forecasting Support



Manage several line flows across key core lines to support the Never Out Of Stock (NOOS) initiative. Conduct historical analysis to support buying decisions for future product ranges at style and size levels.

Product Lifecycle Coordination



Maintain accurate product classifications to reflect price status, seasonality, and product lifecycle. Conduct analysis to support trading decisions around promotions and markdowns.

Product Launches



Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure smooth launches of new product ranges. Ensure stock is allocated to the correct channels in line with the range plan and launch timelines. Analyse launch performance and support the Merchandiser in future trading decisions.

Intake Management



Manage the delivery schedule, highlighting any risks to sales caused by delays. Work closely with the Buying team to ensure consistent and accurate reporting across documentation.

Requirements:

Key Skills & Experience



Minimum 2 years' experience in a Buying and Merchandising team, with a solid understanding of key KPIs. Strong numerical and analytical skills with a commercial mindset. Proficient in Microsoft Excel, with a working knowledge of reporting tools such as Power BI (preferred). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
