The role is permanent and full-time A flexible hybrid role that can be mostly based remotely with flexible hybrid working arrangements if based close to our Support Centre in Kearsley (M26 1GG) You will benefit from free onsite parking and Kearsley train station is just a short walk away With an onsite mini market shop and casual seating space inside and outside (for the sunnier days)

As an Assistant Contracts Manager, you'll be:

Responsible for providing support to the Contracts Managers in their role of managing contractual relationships with NHS commissioning authorities Playing a key role in leading and supporting the management of contractual compliance, and will provide support to Contracts Managers by deputising where required Assisting the Contract Managers to manage and proactively grow our dental contracts in line with our commissioning strategy Coordinating changes to NHS contracts to maintain compliance Liaising with the Legal team to meet regulatory requirements Maintaining internal contractual documentation Administering renegotiated and varied contracts per internal processes Supporting with periodic assessments, audits, and due diligence
