As we prepare to open our 110-place nursery in Cricklewood, we're looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Assistant Nursery Manager to help bring our vision to life.
This is a key leadership role where you'll support the Nursery Manager in setting high standards for care, education, and operational excellence from day one. You'll help to build and lead a passionate team, ensure compliance with EYFS and safeguarding requirements, and create a warm, nurturing environment where children can thrive.

This site will soon become a vibrant, buzzing and fun-filled 110-place nursery spread across two spacious floors! The new setting will be carefully refurbished to reflect Busy Bees' commitment to providing exceptional early years education in a safe, nurturing, and inspiring environment. Located in the heart of the Cricklewood community, the nursery offers state-of-the-art facilities, age-appropriate learning spaces. This expansion marks another step in Busy Bees' mission to give every child the best start in life.

Role Responsibilities:
Ideal Candidate:
An approved Level 3 qualification or above in early years education.
Experience within an early years setting, with leadership or supervisory experience ideally as either a Assistant Nursery Manager or Deputy Nursery Manager.
Proven track record of ensuring educational excellence and curriculum development.
Strong communication and organisational skills, with a focus on teamwork.
Experience in maintaining compliance with regulatory standards and health and safety protocols.
