Assistant Operations & Continuous Improvement Manager

What You'll Be Doing

Supporting the delivery of efficient, scalable operations and continuous improvement projects Getting involved in supply chain, supplier relationships, negotiation, H&S, machinery and process optimisation Monitoring and improving KPIs such as OTIF, process reliability, and team efficiency Using or learning how to apply digital tools, automation, and AI to streamline operations Working closely with the senior leadership team -- and sometimes rolling your sleeves up to lead by example Learning when to delegate smartly and when to step in and get stuck into the detail
What We're Looking For

A hands-on team player with some relevant experience (operations, CI, production, supply chain) A curious problem-solver -- if you don't have the answer, you'll go find it Someone excited about efficiency, process, and empowering others An understanding of the role of automation, digital tools, and AI in modern operations Someone who's humble enough to learn, but ambitious enough to lead

Pay: 40,000.00-45,000.00 per year
