Job Description


Finance at Queen\xe2\x80\x99s University Belfast, is currently seeking to appoint to the post of Assistant Payroll Supervisor.

The postholder will assist in ensuring the efficient and effective operation of the Salaries Office to ensure that Queen\'s payrolls are accurately processed and paid on a timely basis.

The successful candidate must have, and your application should clearly demonstrate you have:

  • BTEC Level 4 Qualification in Payroll
  • Experience in dealing with Global Mobility (international assignments)
  • Comprehensive understanding of employment legislation as it relates to payroll
  • Understanding of accounting principles and reconciling control accounts
  • Experience in driving process improvement and documentation.
