We require an enthusiastic team member with experience of poultry for the role of

Assistant Poultry Manager

.

We are a friendly, family run, mixed farming business, based in

Oxfordshire

. We combine the traditional values of mutual respect, personal responsibility and reward for effort and experience, with the use of up-to-date technology and practices in our broiler unit.

Main Responsibilities:

Working alongside our Poultry Manager, you would be responsible for the growth and wellbeing of the birds and keeping our modern poultry unit clean, well maintained and fully operational.

Essential Skills and Attributes include:

Proven ability to work collaboratively as a team member and independently using own initiative

Evidence of working with poultry and an interest in agriculture (applications will be considered from people with less experience in this case starting as poultryman and working towards Assistant Poultry Manager)

Physically and mentally fit with stamina

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 30,000.00-34,000.00 per year
