Assistant Practice Manager
We are one of Scotland's largest dental implant practices and a major provider of Invisalign, Cosmetic Dentistry, and expanding NHS services. As a privately owned, non-corporate group operating across three Renfrewshire sites with a 45-member team, we are seeking a full-time Assistant Dental Practice Manager to support daily operations and ongoing growth.
The successful candidate will work closely with the Business Development Manager and must be confident managing staff on the clinic floor, including dental nurses, receptionists, and administrative teams. Previous experience in dental or healthcare leadership is desirable but not essential. Strong interpersonal skills, the ability to work independently, and effective team coordination are required. Competence in identifying, monitoring, and achieving KPIs is essential. Experience in sales or marketing will be advantageous.
