Job Description

An exciting opportunity for a bright, enthusiastic Assistant Practice Manager has arisen to join our Dental Practice in the Featherstone and Normanton area. Candidates must have a flexible and positive work ethic & enjoy being a team player. You will join a welcoming and friendly team, working alongside and supporting all members of the team.

Working hours will be between 22.5 and 33 hours per week between Monday-Friday 8am-6pm.

Some day-to-day responsibilities will include:



- Banking

- Rotas

- Holiday/Overtime authorisation

- Ensuring a smooth day to day running of the practice

- Team management

- Recruitment

- Compliance responsibilities

- Handling complaints with support from senior management

- Clinical diary management

Essential requirements:



- 2 years background in Dentistry

- Previous history in management

- Flexibility with working hours

- Ability to work cross-site

- Experience using computers

Desirable requirements:



- Management qualifications

- Additional post qualifications (Oral health/fluoride application/Radiography or any other)
