Due to new business we have vacancies for 2 dynamic and detail-oriented Assistant Production Managers to join our team and help drive our mission forward.

Your Experience

We are seeking a committed and positive individual, ideally with previous experience working within a production environment and knowledge of production processes. Experience within FMCG/food manufacturing is desirable. You will possess a positive 'can-do' attitude, have excellent problem-solving skills and be well organised and results orientated. Fluency in English, both verbal and written is essential together with good numerical ability.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist the Production Manager in daily operations, meeting transport needs, inventory management, and quality control. Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs. Coordinate with different teams to ensure timely delivery and quality of grapes. Oversee processes to maintain product integrity. Manage a team of staff, providing training, support, and performance feedback. Handle inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner. Production planning to ensure timely delivery and quality of grapes. Prepare production reports send to sales team Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations including Health and Safety, food safety

Qualifications:

Preferably with a minimum of 1 years of experience in a managerial role. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with inventory management software (Full Training given) Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Additional information

4 days per week (10 hours shifts) 6am to 5pm alternate weekends Some paid overtime available at peak times/seasons.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From 32,152.00 per year
