Full Time Assistant Manager

(Maternity Cover)

Our busy and friendly Bluebell Wood Nursery is looking for an Assistant Nursery Manager Full Time 40 hours a week Monday to Friday. You will be working along side the Nursery Manager 3 days a week and 2 days a week (Monday and Friday) be responsible for the nursery.

Duties of this role cover the overall management, planning, and development of the Nursery, under the direction of the Operations Manager and Nursery Manager.

We are looking for a candidate that is able to lead, motivate and develop the staff team and be able to communicate well at all levels.

The ideal candidate will likely be either an experienced room lead that has had responsibility in running a nursery independently, currently a 3rd in charge or Deputy Manager.

It is essential that you have a minimum of L3 early years qualifications, minimum 5 years post qualifying experience, at least a grade 4 in Maths' and English.

Salary dependent on Qualifications and experience

Full Time Monday - Friday 40 hours per week.
