Assistant Professor - Science of Sound Holiday Camps & Clubs

Location:

Sutton and Croydon (schools to be confirmed for winter holiday camp)

Pay:

12.25 per hour

Hours:

2 lessons per day within a 4-hour period (ongoing recruitment)

About the Role :

Are you passionate about helping children learn and grow? We are seeking enthusiastic and reliable individuals to join our team as Assistant Professors for our Science of Sound holiday camps, after-school clubs, and birthday parties. This is a fantastic opportunity to support the delivery of fun, engaging science sessions for children aged 5-12.

Key Responsibilities

Assist the Lead Professor in delivering science lessons and activities. Prepare and hand out materials as directed by the Lead Professor. Keep a close eye on children at all times, ensuring their safety and wellbeing. Assist with toilet runs and the distribution of food, snacks, and drinks. Help with any other tasks required by the Lead Professor. Work on-site, primarily in schools across Sutton and Croydon. Report to the Director and Lead Professor.

What We're Looking For

No formal qualifications required. A passion for helping and engaging with children. Ability to follow instructions clearly and work as part of a team. Willingness to undergo a DBS check and safeguarding training (required). Commitment to equality, diversity, and inclusion.
