What you'll be doing

Preparing and managing schedules for applications for payment Supporting the AfP submission process and liaising with project customers Collaborating with operational and commercial teams to ensure financial clarity Assisting with staff and agency reporting, onboarding, and HR-finance processes Delivering insightful ad-hoc analysis to support commercial decisions Contributing to forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis Addressing timesheet recovery issues and preparing balance sheet reconciliations Monitoring project costs and providing actionable insights Jumping into ad-hoc tasks that keep our finance engine running smoothly

Who we're looking for

GCSEs (or equivalent) in Maths and English - Grade C or above Part-qualified accountant (AAT/CIMA) - or working towards it Experience in cost management, reporting, and reconciliation Strong Excel skills and a sharp analytical mind Excellent communication and team collaboration skills Organised, deadline-focused, and eager to take ownership A self-starter attitude with a drive to grow and learn
