Job Description

The Assistant Project Coordinator + CEO Support provides high-level administrative and organisational support to both the Live Performance team and the Chief Executive. Collaborating with producers, programmers, and visiting artists, the Assistant Project Coordinator + CEO Support plays a central role in supporting the planning and delivery of Eden Court's vibrant and varied live performance programme, including Under Canvas. They support every stage of the process, from handling contracts and arranging artist logistics to scheduling meetings and ensuring consistent communication across departments.

Additionally, they provide essential executive support to the Chief Executive, managing diaries, coordinating meetings, and supporting stakeholder engagement. This is a dynamic role for someone highly organised, collaborative, and passionate about the arts.

SALARY

15,736.50 per annum

HOURS OF WORK

22.5 hours per week (3 days per week; Tue, Wed and Thu)

CONTRACT TYPE

Fixed Term until 31/08/25

PENSION

Up to 6% Company contribution with the Peoples Pension

HOLIDAYS

Full time equivalent allowance of 36 days of paid annual leave, inclusive of 8 public holidays. The annual leave allowance increases to 37 days after completing 1 years' service up to a maximum of 41 days after 5 years' service. Holiday entitlement will be pro-rated for those working less than 37.5 hours per week.
