We are seeking applications from suitably qualified and motivated individuals for an Assistant Project Coordinator position. The successful applicant will be joining the Enertherm Division expanding the tapered design team and our support to Area Business Managers across all divisions.
Post: Full time and permanent
Salary: Competitive and commensurate with qualifications & experience
Probationary period: 6 months

Candidate Profile
The successful candidate will take personal accountability for providing a responsive and effective service and should possess the below qualities:

  • Attention to detail.

  • Ability to work under own initiative as well as within a team.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and concisely both verbally and in writing.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Experience of purchasing processes and stock management
Key responsibilities:
  • Maintaining the rolling production plan
  • Ensuring materials are ordered within supplier lead times to meet production requirements.
  • Oversee the correct products and services are delivered to customers in a timely manner.
  • Processing orders
  • Undertaking customer liaison from the start to end of a query.
  • Oversee the resolution of any issues and problems faced by customers to maintain trust.
  • Liaise with IKO Transport to organise loading of goods out and prepare required dispatch documentation.
  • Serve as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams.
  • Ensuring goods and products adhere to Health and Safety and Technical Specification.
  • Dealing with invoice queries.
Experience or skills that would be desirable:
  • Previous experience in a despatch/logistics/administrative/customer services role
  • Purchasing and Stock Management:
  • Account Management Experience
