We're looking for a driven and detail-oriented Assistant/Junior Project Manager to join our growing team. This is an ideal role for someone who's passionate about luxury/High end construction and ready to build a long-term career in a quality-led environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Support senior project managers in the day-to-day management of bespoke residential projects
Assist with programme tracking, procurement, and subcontractor coordination
Help manage project documentation, including schedules, meeting minutes, and client updates
Attend and contribute to design and client meetings, ensuring clear communication and follow-through
- Have a keen eye for detail, and process.
Monitor quality, health & safety, and site progress
Liaise and build relationships with consultants, suppliers, trades, and internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery
Learn and grow within a fast-paced, high-standard environment
Ordering/Purchasing/Obtaining quotes/General admin
Support to office management staff including staff tracking
What We're Looking For:
A relevant qualification in Construction, Construction Management, Architecture, or Engineering
1-2 years' experience in construction or project coordination
Interest in high-end or design-led residential construction
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Confident using Microsoft Office and comfortable learning new tools
A proactive mindset and willingness to take ownership of tasks
Full UK driving licence, and able to travel to our office in South Bucks.
