Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Project Manager to join our growing team providing luxury spa facilities (Sauna & Steam rooms) across the UK.

Key Responsibilities:

Act as central point of any communication with contractors, suppliers and the Drom UK/Klafs team on multiple projects, ensuring effective delivery of work.

Responsible for ensuring allocated Drom UK/Klafs installations are delivered to client specification

Responsible for the smooth running of the installation of allocated project from planning and scheduling to project completion.

Check job packs prior to installation (RAMS & drawings)

Conduct regular site inspections throughout project duration to ensure smooth running. Include snagging and practical completion inspections.

Ensure the team is fully briefed on project progress at all times

Work with Projects and Install team to quickly resolve any issues on site and complete fault diagnosis process

Provide pre-construction details to assist contractors / clients in site preparations and ensure correct documentation is complete before work begins

Attend site meetings (pre start, M&E etc.) and conduct site surveys

Review the drawings from Design Team to ensure design and installation meets the brief.

Attend Project Meetings to update statuses on all live projects

Provide expertise and advice to clients, including advice on design, products and layouts

Assist management team with project-related paperwork as required, including V/O's and Payment Applications

Ensure the correct forms are used at all times

Partner with the Warehouse Manager to place orders

Any other duties deemed reasonable for the role

Previous Construction or Fit Out experience preferred,

Pay: 35,000.00-42,000.00 per year
