We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Assistant Construction Project Manager to join our team. In this role, you will assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of various projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within scope. The ideal candidate will possess strong time management skills and ability to organise projects.
Responsibilities
Assist in the development of project plans, including defining project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on project goals and timelines.
Monitor project progress and performance, identifying any issues or risks that may arise.
Schedule and order materials.
Maintain comprehensive documentation related to project activities.
Qualifications
Proven experience in project management or construction is advantageous.
Proficiency in word and excel.
Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.
