Job Overview


We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Project Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will assist in the planning, execution, and completion of construction and civil engineering projects while ensuring they align with the company's objectives. We are looking for a junior project manager to join a growing company undertaking the project management role across various style construction and refurbishment projects, working closely with directors to deliver projects to a high quality standard and on time. Works are based across North England so you will be expected to stay away 2/3 nights per week with 1 day working from our head office or home.

Responsibilities



Assist in the development of project plans, timelines, and budgets. Coordinate project activities and resources to ensure timely completion. Monitor project progress and report on status to directors. Facilitate communication between team members and clients to ensure alignment on project goals. Conduct regular site visits to assess progress and compliance with project specifications. Maintain comprehensive project documentation for reference and reporting purposes. Identify potential risks and issues, proposing solutions to mitigate them. Support senior project managers in various administrative tasks as required.

Requirements



Proven experience in project management or a related field is preferred. Strong time management skills with the ability to priorities tasks effectively. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment. Strong analytical skills with attention to detail. A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.

Pay: 28,500.00-33,000.00 per year
