Job Title: Assistant Project Manager - TikTok Brands & Creator Affiliate

Location: London (Hybrid or Remote Available)

Salary: 31,000 - 40,000 per year (depending on experience)

We are a leading TikTok Shop partner agency, helping brands and creators grow through affiliate marketing and viral content strategies. Our campaigns have generated millions in GMV across the UK and international markets. We are now seeking a detail-oriented and creative Assistant Project Manager to support our brand and creator collaboration operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Support day-to-day management of TikTok creator affiliate campaigns.

Coordinate between brand partners and creators to ensure timely content delivery and product launches.

Assist with tracking campaign performance and compiling reports (e.g. sales, CTR, ROI).

Help with product selection, sample coordination, and creator outreach.

Monitor TikTok trends and creator activity to identify new collaboration opportunities.

Maintain project documentation and campaign timelines.

Requirements:

1-2 years of experience in influencer marketing, eCommerce, or TikTok-related roles.

Strong organizational and project management skills.

Familiarity with TikTok, affiliate marketing, and creator economy trends.

Ability to work across time zones and with multiple stakeholders.

Fluent in English; additional languages (e.g. Chinese/German) are a plus.

Proficient in Excel, Google Sheets, and project management tools (e.g. Notion, Trello).
