We are seeking a proactive and organized Assistant Property Manager to join our dynamic team. This role involves supporting the management of commercial and residential properties for both sales and Commercial lettings, ensuring excellent customer service, and assisting with the day-to-day operational tasks associated with property management.
The successful candidate will work closely with team members to deliver high-quality service to clients and tenants while maintaining a smooth and efficient process.
Key Responsibilities:
Commercial Property Management:
Assist with the day-to-day management of commercial properties in lettings and residential sales
Maintain accurate property records, including leases, contracts, and agreements.
Coordinate and manage property viewings for prospective buyers and tenants.
Tenant Liaison:
Serve as a point of contact for Commercial tenants, addressing queries, and providing the information to assist a residential sale or a Commercial let
Assist with tenant move-ins and move-outs, ensuring all documentation is in order.
Oversee routine property inspections and coordinate necessary maintenance or repairs.
residential Sales and Commercial Lettings Support where required
Provide administrative support for residential sales and Commercial lettings transactions, including preparing documentation and processing applications.
Assist with the marketing of properties, including preparing property listings, conducting viewings, and following up with interested parties.
Liaise with landlords and sellers, keeping them updated on the progress of their properties.
Compliance and Documentation:
Ensure all properties comply
Assist in maintaining and updating tenancy agreements, contracts, and other legal documentation where required
Customer Service:
Provide exceptional customer service to clients, tenants, and prospective tenants/buyers.
Ensure smooth and professional communication across all departments.
Team Support:
Work closely with and other team members to deliver a high level of service.
Assist with day-to-day administrative tasks, including scheduling, filing, and record-keeping.
Skills and Qualifications:
Previous experience in property management or a similar role in sales and lettings is desirable and an advantage but not essential.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage competing priorities.
A proactive approach with attention to detail.
A good understanding of the local property market and related legal regulations (training will be provided).
Ability to use property management software and Microsoft Office tools.
Full UK driving license (Required)
