We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Assistant Property Manager to support the daily operations of our property management team. The ideal candidate will possess strong administrative skills, excellent phone etiquette, and a knack for upselling services to enhance tenant satisfaction. This role is crucial in maintaining the smooth functioning of our properties while ensuring a high level of customer service.
Duties
Assist the Property Manager in overseeing the day-to-day operations of residential
Handle administrative tasks including data entry, filing, and maintaining accurate records using Yardi or similar property management software.
Respond to tenant inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring a positive living experience.
Conduct property viewings and upsell available units or services to prospective tenants.
Coordinate maintenance requests and ensure timely follow-up with service providers.
Experience
Previous experience in property management or a related field is advantageous but not essential.
Proficiency in office administration tasks with a strong focus on data entry accuracy.
Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively over the phone and in writing, showcasing excellent phone etiquette.
