About the Role




We are seeking to recruit an Assistant Psychologist to support us to deliver high quality services to our NHS, Private Healthcare and corporate partners - working across all areas of HelloSelf. The postholder will be managed and supervised by a Consultant Psychologist.


This is a fixed-term contract for 6 months with potential to extend.

Key Responsibilities



Clinical triage: Under the supervision of our clinical team, you'll support with the triage of our members. You'll attend and constructively engage in weekly clinical supervision to enhance your clinical practice. Supporting partnerships: You will be confident in collating, analysing and presenting outcome data, auditing therapists practice and liaising with our partners around service quality issues. Customer success: You'll liaise with our members to ensure a smooth therapy experience, from booking to discharge. Research: HelloSelf is at the forefront of innovation in digital mental health. You'll be involved in supporting our current research and development activities, as well as developing new products that can help our members and therapists.

About You



Bachelor's or Master's degree in Psychology (course accredited by the British Psychological Society) and eligible for graduate basis for chartership. Able to collate, analyse and interpret data and communicate this clearly with various audiences. Confident in liaising with partner organisations through telephone and video interactions. A team player with a positive attitude and willingness to reflect, learn and develop. Strong interest in mental health tech. Previous experience working as an Assistant Psychologist is desirable.
